DPD allows ‘in-flight’ changes on the day of delivery, arranged by text or through their app. If you are not going to be home in your hour delivery slot, DPD will leave your posy in the safe space you’ve nominated.

We have carefully developed a unique packaging solution, which we call our PosyCocoon™. It is expertly designed to give your flowers space, air, nourishment and protection, and means your flowers should always arrive in tip top condition. We’ve even tested it with our premium delivery partners to check it fares well on the journey.
Despite our carefully designed packaging, flowers are living things and a long journey is as stressful for them as it is for us! Therefore they need a little TLC on arrival - be sure to rinse off the non toxic gel, trim them with sharp, clean scissors and place them in tepid water with our dissolvable flower food. If you’re planning to get extra creative and arrange them in one of our house styles its best to leave them in their wraps and let them have a good drink for 3-4 hours before you start to play!
Our flowers are seasonally sourced and delivered with care and the best possible protection, however, they do need to be kept away from fruit, direct sunlight and heat. All fresh flowers have different life expectancies and will love you back when you trim them, change their water and clean their vase regularly. We order flowers direct from our suppliers to ensure they are super fresh for you, therefore we charge our customers for their subscription 72 hours in advance of the delivery day. For example, if your delivery day is Friday, you will be charged for your Posy on Tuesday. Please remember, if you need to cancel your subscription, we will need you to give us72hrs notice.
Lilies may aggravate allergies or cause harm to some pets if ingested. If you choose a lily free option we will never send oriental or asiatic lilies. However, you could still receive flowers such as Alstromeria that are still classified as belonging to the lily family that do not aggravate allergies in the same way.
