Delivery

What time will my posy arrive?

All of our orders include premium delivery.  You will always receive a specific 1 hour delivery slot by text and email on the morning of delivery.

 

What if I need to change my delivery time slot?

Well aren’t you lucky you chose a company that partners with a premium delivery service, clever you!  DPD allows ‘in-flight’ changes on the day of delivery, arranged by text or through their app. If you are not going to be home in your hour delivery slot, DPD will leave your posy in the safe space you’ve nominated, alternatively, you can choose to collect your posy from one of 25,000 pick up shop locations across the UK.

 

What if I’m not in?

If you are not going to be home for your hour delivery slot, DPD will leave your posy in the safe space you’ve nominated, or will deem a safe spot and send you a photo of the location.  Alternatively, you can choose to collect your posy from one of 25,000 pick up shop locations across the UK so long as you advise DPD prior to 12:00pm for same day collection. Don’t forget our handy carry handle means you could also have your posy delivered to work and still get it home safe and sound.

What happens if I don’t receive my order?

Posy & Posy partners with a premium delivery service so that this should never happen, in fact they have been nominated the UK’s favourite parcel delivery company for 5 years in a row, but of course no-one is infallible.  Please contact us as soon as possible and we make sure you receive a beautiful, fresh posy.

 

Flower Care

 

How do you keep your flowers fresh and safe in transit?

We have carefully developed a unique packaging solution, which we call our PosyCocoonTM. It is expertly designed to give your flowers space, air, nourishment and protection, and means your flowers should always arrive in tip top condition. We’ve even tested it with our premium delivery partners to check it fares well on the journey.

 

What do I do when my flowers arrive?

Despite our carefully designed packaging, flowers are living things and a long journey is as stressful for them as it is for us! Therefore they need a little TLC on arrival - be sure to rinse off the non toxic gel, trim them with sharp, clean scissors and place them in tepid water with our dissolvable flower food. If you’re planning to get extra creative and arrange them in one of our house styles its best to leave them in their wraps and let them have a good drink for 3-4 hours before you start to play!

 

My flowers haven’t lasted as long as expected.

Our flowers are seasonally sourced and delivered with care and the best possible protection, however, they do need to be kept away from fruit, direct sunlight and heat.  All fresh flowers have different life expectancies and will love you back when you trim them, change their water and and clean their vase regularly. If you are concerned that your flowers have given up the ghost too soon, please email us at hello@posyandposy.com and we will get back to you ASAP.

Is the posy hydration gel safe to be washed off down the sink?

Absolutely it is!! Our gel is non-toxic and safe for the environment, but as its not delicious red...please don't drink, likewise we suggest you don’t rub it the gel in your eyes!

 

Sending a Gift

I am sending flowers as a gift, can the recipient receive live updates regarding delivery?

Yes absolutely, beautiful gifting!

 

Can I gift a subscription?

What a great idea!  Of course you can, we offer 6 month gift subscription options, go ahead and delight that special someone with a regular supply of very pretty things and receive 10% off the total purchase price.

Packaging


I am concerned about single use plastic and our environment, can I recycle my Posy & Posy packaging?

We really love our environment and that means and have worked really hard to source the most recyclable materials  and where possible biodegradable and compostable in 100% of our packaging. This doesn’t mean we will rest on our laurels, Posy & Posy is committed to sourcing innovative packaging that not only protects our beautiful ingredients, but is kind to our beautiful country.  Not councils collect all materials, but you can check recyclenow.com to find the nearest recycling centre to you.

Subscriptions


How do I end my subscription?

We would hate to see you go, but we won’t hold it against you and of course you can come back to us at any time.  If you are on a rolling subscription, simply drop us an email at hello@posyandposy.com  at least 48 hours before you are due to receive your next posy and we will cancel your order.


Can I pause my subscription?

Of course, simply drop us an email at hello@posyandposy.com  at least 48 hours before you are due to receive your next posy and we will pause delivery until to are ready to start receiving pretty things again.


Can I gift a subscription?
